2024-2025 Enrollment Information

Re-Enrollment is Required Every Year

As of July 18, 2024, classroom availability may be limited for students enrolled in Grades 1-4. Please read below for more information.

Important Enrollment Update for Grades 1-4

When determining school placement, the district enrollment office uses the following placement criteria: Special Education, Grade Retentions, Classroom Availability, Previous School Attended, Siblings, and Address.

As of July 18, 2024, classroom availability may be limited for students enrolled in Grades 1-4.

Therefore, students in grades 1-4 who re-enrolled on or after July 18, 2024, cannot be guaranteed to attend the same school they previously attended.

Students in Grades 1-4 who re-enrolled before July 18, 2024, will attend the same elementary school as last year.

All new and returning students must complete the enrollment process for the 2024-2025 school year.

TRANSPORTATION

2024-2025 Transportation Registration Now Open
Registration Deadline is July 31

Transportation Registration

Williston Basin School District #7 has once again partnered with Harlow's Transportation to provide Transportation (Busing) Services to the district.

Student bus registration is completed annually. The registration deadline for the first day of bus service is July 31st.

Registrations submitted after July 31st may result in a wait of up to 30 days for your student to be assigned to a bus, or your student may be placed on a waiting list.

If there is more than one student to be registered, please fill out the form separately for each student.

Screening Dates: August 21 and 22, 2024

We are excited to welcome our incoming kindergarten students for the 2024-2025 school year!

To ensure we are best prepared to meet your child's needs, we will be conducting screenings on August 21 and 22. These screenings will help us assess your child's skills and get ready for a fantastic school year.

What You Need to Know:

  • Screening Dates: August 21 and 22, 2024

  • Purpose: To assess your child's skills and ensure we are best prepared to meet their needs.

  • Action Required: Check your email in early August to sign up for your child's 1-hour time slot.

SUMMER MEALS PROGRAM

Summer Meals Program

Reminder: July 22 - July 26 is the final week of the Summer Meals Program

Williston Basin School District #7 proudly participates in the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), also known as the Summer Meals Program.

Mid-day meals are served Monday through Friday at four locations in Williston, free for children aged 18 and under and available for adults over 18 at a fee of $5.
